This is after a story I made up in my head-one about a girl named Amaria Lay. She had no friends, but she is super smart and very pretty. She is around 13 years old, and she does get one friend-her boyfriend, Joel Simmons. She has a little brother named Arnold and a little sister named Carley. Amari is teased by her four-year-old brother and her six-year-old sister about Joel, but they absolutely love him. She is also a Jazz dancer! Make of this story what you will. Amari, in my head, is a Latino girl whose parents moved to America. But if you wanted, she could be white, or African-American, or anything else you can think of! Your imagination is everything!
