This is a modern Norð-Tartarian development my crew is working on. We're trying to utilize a hydric soil lot where we're having to bring in a lot of fill. The idea to build up instead of out led to using the houses to protect each other's sheer walls. Eventually, the neighborhood became a group of four quarter pyramids. Due to the associates involved, we named this "33° Quadratic."
