This house is made up from 12 flat pack storage container which are 3x6m. I found a company in China that makes these. It has a central enclosed courtyard and is powered completely by solar with a backup generator. The toilets are all incinerator toilets (yes that is a thing) and all waste water is recycled. The cladding is all reclaimed timber
