ay ya ya! this house on Oak Ave used to be a real charmer! now it sits here abandoned. nobody has lived in this house in almost 20 years! it’s about to go on the market for $75,000! hey…do you think you would be able to fix it up? i mean, for heaven’s sake! it looks like they started to paint the kitchen, and just never finished! im sure with a little paint and some new furniture, you could really turn this into a darling home! 2 bed 1 bath please please PLEASE!!! when you finish renovating, upload your finished product. i loveeee looking at them
