Off-grid Compound Equipped with Three Green Houses, Two Chicken Coops, Two Water Collectors, Solar Energy and Gas Generators, Triple Wide Shipping Container Home, Junk Yard/ Maintenance Shop, along with a Canopy for Excavators and Large Equipment make up the main facility and ground zero. On adjacent road entrances you will find a photography studio equipped to accommodate two rentals at any given time. South of the property lies an airstrip and private hangar home equipped to serve as a guest house or temporary lodging with two identical bedroom and baths on the first and second floor. A loft style overlook creates a spacious lodging for a third party while the nook on the first level can accommodate a forth. With the intent to attain my PPL and purchase a 1-5 acre property to build a self sufficient compound this blueprint is the brainchild of over five years of careful consideration.
