This beautiful, historic city home is 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and has a fully updated eat in kitchen, spacious living room with a fireplace, and a stately entryway with handcrafted staircase. It features wide plank hardwood floors, original windows, and sturdy doors with plenty of natural light throughout. A green yard with patio and landscaping plus a garage with laundry room can be found behind the house. Only one problem: the original owners of this home rented it out to a different family for three years, and though they didn’t change anything structural (the kitchen cabinets/counters and bathroom appliances remain the same), the renters did decorate the home with many unsightly decor items and very colorful yet mismatched furnishings. The owners want to move back into their home, but need your help transforming the interior back to it’s original historic beauty.
