Small underground home based on an efficiency design with open floorplan. Porch is a walk out with garage style door that can be opened or closed depending on the weather to allow for additional living space. French Doors allow access to the porch from bedroom or living room. Under the porch is storage that can be entered from the outside. It is intended that the porch face toward a small lake.
