H44 - a house for four. Specially designed for the needs of a family. Suitable for every need but without excessive spaces. It is a single house with a large and spacious garden. On the first floor there is a garage, kitchen, dining and living area with open floor plan. A bathroom and a staircase connecting the second floor. There is a mezzanine that takes full advantage of the spaces providing a relaxation corner and a small study area. There is a second large bathroom and two bedrooms.
