A private and gated residential compound consisting of 3 buildings, 9 one bedroom apartments, 6 two bedrooms, and 4 homes with designated parking that holds 32 vehicles and extra parking that holds 15 more vehicles. Every building overlooks a beautiful luxurious garden inspired by the post-modern French colonial palaces. The compound includes a state of the art fitness centre, with two gyms, one for men and one for women, a spa room, yoga rooms, private session rooms, reception, showers, locker rooms, and two Olympic size tennis courts.
